Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your MegaFood account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your account portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our quality team.
